Examine one real task and its current records. Identify the distinction that users cannot reliably make. Use public or anonymised material during the first discussion.
Define
Choose the useful initial scope, the people who approve it and the provider dependencies. Record language, business and specialist decisions alongside the technical requirements.
Review
Try the actual journey, including an important correction or uncertain result. Look at what the receiving person can understand and do.
Continue
Establish account ownership, an editing exercise and recovery. Acceptance of a demonstration, actual provider behaviour and public release are separately recorded decisions.
Work is delivered remotely from the United States. Communication normally takes place in English. Agree review times with explicit time zones and suitable reviewers for Norwegian material.
