Distinguish the current procedure from a plausible answer
A Norwegian organisation may maintain operating material in English alongside approved Bokmål or Nynorsk documents. An assistant searching the collection needs more than a familiar keyword: it needs the correct subject, edition and applicable language context.
We can build a focused tool to retrieve approved passages or prepare a draft response. The first scope defines the allowed collection and who maintains it. The service does not supply legal, medical or technical certification through generated text.
Let the reviewer inspect the evidence
Show the document and relevant section behind a suggestion. An older edition or a source for a different equipment model should remain recognisable. A fluent summary should not silently become an approved instruction.
Agree which information may reach the chosen provider and how access is enforced. The organisation's confidential material is not made public simply because it is convenient to index.
Try a question the collection cannot answer
During review, use a genuine gap, two conflicting editions and a question that requires a responsible specialist. The tool should communicate uncertainty and leave a useful next step. Measure the reviewer's ability to find an appropriate source, rather than count the number of generated responses.
A pause route, content owner and correction process are part of the operating handover. Wider automation follows evidence from the bounded task; it does not begin with automatic publication.
Show the approved collection and the question people struggle to answer.
