Start with the point where someone needs an answer
A Norwegian organisation may publish a clear service description but place the action inside an inaccessible document or a form that is difficult to navigate. The useful scope is the whole public journey: finding the information, understanding the offer and reaching an appropriate response.
We plan content, interface design and implementation together. Readable headings, keyboard operation, meaningful field instructions and phone layout are part of the work. Applicable universal-design requirements need review against the actual organisation and service; a design demonstration is not a compliance certificate.
Give language and identity a responsible editor
Confirm whether English, Bokmål, Nynorsk or another language is needed. A suitable reviewer approves the interface and service meaning. The organisation also approves its published identity and claims; the developer should not infer them from a similar-looking registered name.
Review the task beyond the first screen
Use a representative reader to find a service, correct a form error and explain the next step. Check the final receiving process separately from the visual demonstration. Existing useful URLs and language routes are mapped before replacement.
The handover includes an ordinary content edit and named responsibilities for future corrections. Search visibility is assessed through actual content and demand, without a ranking guarantee.
