Questions about commissioning a Norway-connected project
What can Faith Forge Labs develop?
The work includes websites, commerce journeys, customer areas, business and invoice connections, operations tools, mobile records, assisted research, technical catalogues, scheduling and existing-application repair. The service directory distinguishes their purposes. A project can combine services, but the proposal should still identify a complete first task and the evidence needed to accept it.
Is the work delivered from Norway?
No. Delivery is remote from the United States. This site does not represent a Norwegian office or local professional practice. English is the normal project language. We agree review arrangements, account responsibilities and any continuing support in the scope rather than assuming that the website's country focus establishes local staffing.
Can the website contain Bokmål or Nynorsk material?
Yes, with approved source material and suitable review included in the plan. Identify the intended written standard for each item and who approves its wording. Technical assembly, language review and professional approval are separate responsibilities. A proofing tool's recommendation is not sufficient authority to change an approved instruction; the language guide shows a concrete example.
Does a Vipps connection mean payment and fulfilment are automatic?
The actual merchant arrangement, API and operating rules determine the available actions. A reservation and a capture represent different payment events. Staff may also need to verify stock or an order exception before taking the next step. We define the relevant states and provider-supported checks rather than equating a browser message with a completed commercial outcome.
How are payment and invoice connections tested?
Development uses provider-permitted test environments or designated data and an isolated receiving setup. Business authorisation alone does not make live testing appropriate. Any later operational verification must follow the provider's actual rules and the agreed business authority. An unissued test invoice or simulated payment response is not evidence of real settlement, recipient acceptance or tax compliance.
Can you connect to an organisation's existing accounts?
Only through the access and interfaces the actual owners can authorise and the provider supports. Identify the organisation, the intended operation and the person responsible for its access. Permissions in a government or business service do not automatically grant permission in a separate customer portal. The integration scope must make those boundaries explicit.
Can a mobile tool work when connectivity is interrupted?
That depends on the chosen platform, device and task. We can investigate a design that holds work locally and submits it later, but the operator needs to know which state a record has reached. Attachments, shared devices, reconciliation and loss of local data require deliberate handling. The mobile recording service starts with those conditions rather than a universal offline promise.
Will an inspection form decide whether equipment is safe?
The organisation's qualified people define and own the relevant professional decisions. Software can record observations, identify the component, route follow-up work and control who may perform an action. Completion of a digital checklist should not silently substitute for an inspection decision or permission to operate equipment.
Can an assisted tool answer questions from our procedures?
A bounded tool can be scoped around approved material, source identification and a defined review task. We first confirm rights to use the material and the relevant model, edition and audience. An absent or conflicting source should remain visible. Generated wording cannot establish that a procedure is current, applicable or professionally approved.
How do we decide whether to repair an existing application?
Start with a reproducible problem and inspect the code, account access, dependencies and receiving result. A local defect may support a bounded correction; a missing capability or inaccessible dependency may change the decision. The repair guide develops one investigation, and the proposal should explain the evidence behind the recommended scope.
What will the estimate and handover include?
The estimate identifies the included work, assumptions, external dependencies, review responsibilities and ongoing costs that can be established. The handover records access, operation, content responsibilities and agreed support. Hosting, provider subscriptions and later changes are not silently treated as unlimited parts of a build. See pricing and scope.
What should the first enquiry contain?
Describe one task, the person doing it and the result that is unclear or wrong. Public links and synthetic examples are useful; do not send credentials or private customer documents through the initial form. A successful enquiry receipt does not itself establish a paid engagement. The contact page explains the information needed to begin.
